Interview
First interview is with the General Manager of the location if applying for membership sales. If interview goes well, you will typically have a second interview with the District Vice President. If you made it to the 2nd interview, it means the GM likes you and now its up to the VP.
Every interview with the GM is different as they have no guidelines to go from. So it could be 100% different from someone else.

Pretty easy interview process. Only took about a week to get hired on and into the job. One on One interview with the general manager and then met with the regional manager. I actually got hired onto a location that I did not apply at. They are known for moving people around within the company.
