The interview process was pretty straightforward.
-Screening call with HR: this was like 25 min max. Mainly checking in to learn more about my experience, what interested me about LAFH, and see if I fufilled basic qualifications for the job. This person is not the direct hiring manager, so I asked thoughtful questions about the role that they didn't know too much about so we chated about their experience at the company and what it was like
- 2nd Interview (Zoom): Met with the hiring manager and their director where they asked me specific questions around my experience, behavioral questions, and picked my brain about my workflow on some specific projects I had on my portfolio
-3rd interview (in-person): This was roundtable style and there were 4 people in the room (2 from my department + 2 from another that works closely with them). Pretty similar to the 2nd interview, and it felt like they wanted fresh eyes on the finalist + how they would interact/get along with the wider team.
