It was a complete discussion, exchange of though ts. As the position was lead, and I am from academics the project manager had only one query on my work environment balance.. Rest all project details were discussed.
SIMPLE PROCESS will be hired if profile match the requirement of L&T Technology, client round some time but not mandatory . very easy process then HR interview last and salary negotiation at the end

Interview
The recruiter was extremely polite and accommodating. Briefly discussed my relevant experience. Face to face interview consisted of basic behavioural questions in addition to technical ones. Great experience though.
