L&R Distributors Anomous interview questions

L&R Distributors has grown through merger and acquisition and there was a pay freeze after a large acquisition in 2013. In late 2015 most employees were given a Cost of Living Increase followed by performance reviews and merit increases in early 2016. Additionally in 2016, L&R standardized job titles, job descriptions, and salary bands to allow for a more clear job path.
