The initial interview process was fairly smooth. There was an initial phone interview with the recruiter and then a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then I had the opportunity to visit their office for a group panel interview with the team and they also added a 1:1 with the Sales VP. During the interview process there was a 30 minute case study that was used to review my analytical and excel skills. I also prepared a 15 minute presentation (they required this ahead of the interview date). The remaining time was used for the group panel interview questions. The overall experience was great until weeks went by without any follow up. My feedback to the company is to please have the courtesy to provide the proper communication regarding your hiring decision to your candidates, even if it is a denial. Lastly, I wanted to note that the team was very friendly, as well as the recruiter. Thanks!
