The assessment center included a group activity and presentation, short speech on your view of beauty and interview. We were a group of 20 people and got split into smaller groups for the group activity. We were expected to come up with a new product for loreal and half way through the group activity our groups shuffled. Then we had to present our new product. They also made us prepear a small speech on beauty for the individual activity. and once you got past both these stages, there was a one on one interview.
