Interview
I applied in October and received an email in January to schedule a FaceTime Interview with a recruiter from HR. It was a great conversation learning more about my previous experience and passion for the outdoors. From there, I was invited to a FaceTime interview with a district manager. It was similar questions, she asked me to talk about my resume, how I would increase sales in a store, and previous work experience. The final round involved a conversation with a director and completing several online assessments (personally/leadership/drawing conclusion type questions.)
