Group interview, simple questions, either hired on spot or told no. Not much else to say, questions were simple, managers are nice. Couldn't repeat what others said; made you look like you didn't have anything to say.

Applyied online. Was emailed within a week confirming an interview. Showed up at store for a group interview, got job on the spot. Showed up for training the following week.

The process was informal. I met with the Store Manager in a location near the store and discussed myself, the company and the position for about 30 minutes. At the conclusion of the interview, I was told that the hiring process would begin immediately to get me working as soon as possible.
