Phone Interview with hiring manager. Second interview (Group) with Department leaders and team. Questions focused on past experience and what skills I would bring to new organization. Job offered within one week

Interview process was conducted via WebEx. HR was thorough and provided regular updates each step of the way. The 1st interview was with hiring manager. The 2nd interview was a panel interview.
