Firstly, I received a Telephone call asking for basic questions related to field, interest and type of job I was looking for. They generated my profile and looked for jobs matching my interest with the clients needs. 2. Schedule me for an Interview asking for fit, interest and willingness for a job opening they have received from client. 3. Scheduled an Interview with the client reporting manager.
