After submitting my resume, I received an email scheduling a time for a phone interview... The interview lasted approximate 20 minutes and consisted of general questions as well as more detailed questions regarding the KHG firm and why I wanted to intern at this firm. The individual interviewing me was very pleasant and accommodating (due to time/location differences). Throughout the interview I was made clear of their decision timeline and was kept updated.
