It was pretty straightforward. Just 3 stages in general, and the questions were not as hard as I expected. The HR was professional and let me know the expectations for every stage beforehand.

Question 1
To describe a time I had to lead a cross-functional team to deliver a product on time despite conflicts.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kunai in Mar 2026
Interview
My initial experience with Kunai actually seemed very promising. I had a recruiter call scheduled for 30 minutes that ended up lasting over an hour because of how engaged the conversation was. The recruiter repeatedly mentioned that he was impressed with my background and made it sound like I would be moving forward to the next rounds within a few days.
Unfortunately, after that call, I was completely ghosted.
I followed up multiple times over email and never received a response. Spending over an hour with a candidate, building expectations that they’re moving forward, and then disappearing without even the courtesy of a rejection email shows zero respect for people’s time. Completely unprofessional experience. Don’t waste your time here.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kunai (Ciudad de Mexico)
