I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kubrick Group in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process consisted of a pseudo IQ assessment that lasted an hour, an online Hirevue interview, and a 30 minute long test asking you standard consulting-like questions. If you get past this stage, you will be moved on to the final interview with a live person. I think the screening process was pretty standard for this line of work, and all the questions were completely fair. If you do your research and prepare for possible questions they can ask, you should be okay.

Question 1
To your understanding, what is Kubrick's business model?
I just finished the HireVue part. But I want to share some questions here for anyone who want to prepare for their virtual interview. The HireVue part has 3 sections. The first section was video record responses to 6 questions (shared below). The second section was 20 logical and pattern identifying questions that need to be complete in 60 minutes. The third section was 22 questions focused on business aspect with 30 minutes time to complete.
Initial process is 6 questions you have to send through video, along with 2 exams testing logic and metrics; 30 and 60 mins respectively. It wasn't incredibly hard but the video interview part is a little annoying because you don't get to actually speak f2f with someone and showcase your conversational skills. If you pass, it is followed by a 30 min teams meeting interview with one of Kubrick's resource managers.
