The interview process was fast, clear, and very informative. From the very beginning, the Head of People explained everything about the company and the role, and even shared a short video from the CEO that introduced the company’s background and vision. Scheduling was smooth, and after the first meeting, I was informed just a few days later that they wanted to move forward. I was told what topics would be covered in the second interview with the Head of Growth, which really helped me prepare. The second interview went great and the very next day, I was thrilled to hear I got the position. Everything happened so quickly but from the start I was informed that they wanted someone with immediate availability, so it was a nice heads-up because I was also told about the expected onboarding dates.
