Kroll Senior Associate - Business Development interview questions

It's basically a 3 step interview process starting with the Recruitment Team then followed by Sales (Account Executive) and lastly the MD for APAC. After sometime I received an email congratulating me for getting the role. But after 2 weeks of following up for the job offer I was suddenly informed that the role has been recalibrated hence putting me on the gray area. I was utterly disappointed
