I was disappointed by Kroll's HR.
They reached out to me for a test, so I emailed them my availability, and we scheduled a time. I waited for my test on the promised date and time, but they never emailed me the test. I sent emails to check: no response. A few days later, an HR person reached me for setting a different testing time. I responded with my availability but didn't get responses from Kroll's side. A month later, HR emailed me "apologizing" not noticing my email and asking if I still want to be in the process.
I never had such a bizarre experience like this with HR. It's totally fine if they don't find me as a good candidate. I was deeply frustrated by the poor communication and disrespectful etiquette.
HR represents the face of the company since it leaves the first impression on people. In that sense, Kroll brutally failed.
