Interview
The current process consists of you applying online and being contacted to attend a group interview. There, you and a group of about 10 others will do a few activities and a drug test. At this point, you pretty much are guaranteed the job as long as you interact with others and pass the drug test.

Get in a group, find one product in the store, and try to sell the product.
very quick and easy interview I got hired on the spot but they rescinded the job offer after receiving my background report even tho i was upfront and honest about convictions during the interview

if i was on my way to break and a customer stopped me and asked me for help what would i do?
The interview was fluent and very simple questions. They asked me what I would do in certain situations and that’s about how hard it gets. Make sure you show up on time.

It was a group interview, We had to answer as individuals and form groups to complete exercises. There were multiple people interviewing for multiple stores, departments and positions. Only 2 people in the interview did not make it to the next round and were not offered positions.
