Very affective. Learned what to do and not to do. Computer trying and hands on training. Friend HR lady. Asked a lot of questions and received great answers. Learned how to sale a similar product if the other one was out of stock.
It was pretty easy. They asked simple questions like “Tell me about yourself and your experience “. They asked my availability and told me a little bit about the position.
