you are told to fill out two pieces of paper which contain your schedule that you'll be Available. in the other paper is a question about what is your favorite item that they sell at the store and why then you'll play a game with all the other interviewees it's like a sales pitch to get you the buy one of the items

you apply, and then they email you about scheduling for an interview for me it was like a day or two after i had sent in the application and then they schedule an interview like 2 days after you apply and you go
Applied on the companies website for a cashier position. Later a phone call interview with an associate working at the location where information and responsibility was shared. Position offer was emailed along with start date.
