Very simple interview process. Basic questions. Not very time consuming. Panel interview for management position. Also very simple. Scenario based question. Describe a time when.... Judgement based, experience based question
Phone Interview or screening where they asked a few questions and then was given one in-person interview with the store manager that lasted about 15 minutes before an offer was made.
It was a typical phone screen. One round, no in person component. Took approximately two weeks to hear back. Very easy behavioral evaluation. May have moved to an online process since then.
