It was very simple and easy. Nothing to be scared about. They ask why you want to work there and any baking experience you may have. Just be honest and breathe because they need people there.

Got an email and then had to go in for interview then had to have a second interview and got hired that day the interview process was quick and easy and thorough
Very short and to the point. I don't believe they screen their potential employees properly, because I feel that half the workers get paid to wander aimlessly around the store with their mouth wide open.
