Very brief, unprofessional and easy. 90% of people who interview get the job. If you have a pulse, chances are they'll hire you. The process is incredibly simple. If you don't get the job, apply a week later and they'll probably hire you.

you apply, and then they email you about scheduling for an interview for me it was like a day or two after i had sent in the application and then they schedule an interview like 2 days after you apply and you go
Applied on the companies website for a cashier position. Later a phone call interview with an associate working at the location where information and responsibility was shared. Position offer was emailed along with start date.
