it was a group interview which was cool and so much fun. It was great way to see how the prospective employee react with a group of other employees, and how the group would work with special assignments.

Online application where you can only specify two jobs you’d be willing to apply for, which I found odd. Then a phone interview and then an in person interview with a drug test (swab) in store. This was quite a few years ago so I’m not sure how much has changed with COVID as far as the hiring process.
