Step 1 - District Manager interview with member of Human Resources responsible for the MD1 Program.
Step 2- Seminar attendance with overview of MD1 Program and participation in "test pilot" training
Step 3- Interview with Talent Acquisition Manager
Step 4-Interview with Talent Acquisition Manager and Departmental Management member outside of District
Step 5- Rejection. I was told I needed to "stand on the mat a while longer before getting in to the mansion"
