They are very polite and welcoming. They were thorough on expectations. Application was not difficult to fill out. There are two interviews, one with the immediate supervisor, and another with the director.

Interview
Supervisor and director were very kind, panel interview. Understanding of TFCBT and MI is a plus as well as being bilingual. Full benefits offered, minimal eye and dental. After 90 day probation period you're offered 10 hours PTO per month and 40 hours UTO, which roll over to the next year as PTO of not used. Case load does not exceed 25 clients.
