Sent an application via Facebook. The hiring manager reached out asking for a resume, cover letter, and responses to a pretty lengthy questionnaire. After a brief 15 minute phone call, I was asked to take a personality assessment. Was not only ghosted for two months, I was never given the results of the assessment and they ripped some of the ideas I offered in the questionnaire (which I suppose should come as no surprise.)
