The process is long, but teaches you alot and experience at itself.
All about personality and behavior, not technical questions.
Firstly interview locally then in global panel, with global leaders.
With assessment day
Very comprehensive, took the pymetrics test and learnt a lot about myself through the tests as well. Unfortunately did not make it past the first stage but definitely appreciated the opportunity.

Tiveram 5 etapas: entrevista gravada, entrevista com o RH, dinâmica de grupo, entrevista com a liderança da área e painel geral com a liderança sênior. Todas as etapas foram tratadas com muita atenção e respeito aos candidatos e após cada uma davam o feedback bem rápido.
