I applied for Kraft Foods when I saw a general laborer position posted and they responded to me within 2 days. Set up an interview for the following week and once interviewed, received a response with 3 days with a job offer

Give a specific example of a time where you worked well as a team member.
Interview was short. Had to answer a couple work related questions and situation related questions. Had to share some past work experiences. Overall, not so bad. People are nice in general.
Short and simple question with questions focused on labor experience and other past job experiences. Usually you'll receive a call about a week or two after applying for an interview.
