Send Application, First round was an online aptitude, verbal and quantitative test, followed by an MBA recruiter pre screen round, followed by a skype with senior team followed by an in-person interview at Amsterdam office.
The whole interview process was so painfully long. Every round took more than a month between the interview and its response (Total interview cycle time - 4 months!) Although the HR recruiters were very courteous and energetic, the ridiculously slow process and constant following up sucked out all the interest from the position and company.
The job advert mentioned about candidates who are dynamic, fast paced and want to deliver. What an irony!
