Interview
Had a recruiter call followed by an initial interview. They told me the interview would be a 1:1 with the hiring manager, but when I signed onto the call there were two people on it to interview me (the second person wasn’t even on the teams invite). I felt somewhat blindsided when I prepared and expected a 1:1.
Afterwards, I sent my thank yous and was told via email they would be reaching out with next steps. That was almost two months ago and haven’t heard anything, not even an automated rejection email.
No respect for my time and no decency to get back to me to just tell me it’s not a good fit.
Few different rounds with various levels and people, everyone really nice. All asked similar questions about previous experience. Had positive things to say about the culture and their tenures there

Long and waste of time. Waited one month to meet with Director who was late to call. Given wrong job description, poor communication throughout process, lack of visibility in timeline.
