Such a lengthy process. Submitted my initial application, then did the Hirevue soon after that. Waited weeks and thought that I had gotten ghosted when I was reached out to schedule a round with Kraft Heinz HR and a manager. Those were all behavioral questions and again, weeks went by before I heard anything else, and I thought I got ghosted. The final Super Day was virtual for me because I was overseas and it was three hours long. Most of that time was spent hearing about the company and watching promotional videos rather than actually getting to know me as a candidate. After devoting those hours and after those months of waiting, I was rejected. Felt like that final interview was a waste of my time although I enjoyed my previous conversations.
