The recruiter interview was to the point and seemed more of a gatekeeper to the hiring manager. Hiring manager interview was had with good questions that I was neither surprised by or thought were too hard. Then I had an in-person interview with I think 3 people who were either on the team or worked closely with the L&D team. Due to the role, there was also a 10 minute presentation. One team member wasn't present the day of my in-person interview so I did end up having a follow-up interview call 2 days later.
