There were several behavioral interviews until the final interview which was a 3-minute video because of the pandemic. Normally, it's a presentation in person. There are approximately 3 rounds I believe. The company is focused on meritocracy.

Interview
For the recruiting process, I had to complete some Pymetrics tests. A few weeks later, I received this feedback: my results didn't meet the company's criteria. Although I accept the feedback, I still don't think Pymetrics is the best tool for accurately evaluating candidates and their ability to perform within the company.

"Pop some balloons" to measure risk-taking abilities.
I applied online through their website and then I was invited to do a hirevue digital interview, the questions were fairly simple questions but I did not move onto the next round.
Multiple stages, initial online application, game based questions, virtual interview, video interview and assessment centre. Very detailed and clear structure throughout across a period of approx a couple of months
