5 rondes, vanaf ronde 3 eerste contact met werknemers binnen het bedrijf. Gesprekken zijn kort, maar wel intens. 4e ronde is een assessment day, en laatste ronde is panel interview met leadership. Erg belangrijk om daar heel duidelijk en gemotiveerd over te komen waarom je precies daar wil werken en waarom je die functie wil.

Interview
1. Tests based on set of games and challenges
2. Automatic recording video (3 questions, record answers)
3. First interview (30 minutes): typical questions, introducing the program, what do you know about the company, why do you want to be in this program, etc.
4. First group round: all candidates, day event. Morning with introduction and challenges. Included a case study about the company with people evaluating. In the afternoon again more interviews with 3 different people
5. Last round: included 2 30 min interviews with 3 to 4 people in each.
