I found the program on Glassdoor, applied through Kraft Heinz's website. After a week I received an email telling me to complete the pymetrics games. A week after I received an email saying that the test results didn't meet Kraft Heinz criteria.

1. CV screening 2. Psymetric test to analyse the personality fit 3. Other online tests to analyse analytical and logical skills 4. Video interview (record a video interview - six basic questions are asked) 5. Skype interview (approx. 25 mins - behavioral questions and a brain teaser) 6. Assessment center (1 interview one-to-two quite similar to the skype interview, group business case and final panel with leadership team).
Lot of emphasis on cultural fit!
