Decided not to take the job before the interview based on all the reviews on glassdoor and the opinion of someone who works there but decided to interview for experience. Interviewers were unprepared and interrupted. Unprofessional.. interviewers answered phone/texts/e-mails during the interview and made derogatory comments about old people who work for the company. Interviewers did not ask about qualifications/achievements on resume that demonstrated my previous successes that the job required (statistical analysis/six sigma) but instead insulted my intelligence (it was pointed out to me by the interviewer that I am unable to think for myself based on 2 min of conversation). This company is being ran by people with very little experience.
