It was several phone interviews, one of which was supposed to be a Skype interview because I could not make the in-person one. The day for the Skype one, they never called on Skype, and when they finally did call it was 20 minutes late and the guy had never seen my resume. He interviewed me for 20 minutes and then at the end realized he was interviewing me for the wrong position.
