Kovach Eye Institute interview questions

Wasn't at all professional, very casual conversation led by 2 women who were in a tight knit group. They wanted to gauge if you'd fit into their group vs seeing if you were the right fit for the job. No HR interview, they wanted to hire right away.

The women at the front desk was rude. They took a copy of my drivers license which doesn’t make sense for an interview. The guy was 10 min late. Answered a personal phone call in the middle. Told me he’s look for an attractive girl to do this job (then proceeded to say your a very attractive girl)
