I applied through LinkedIn and had the manager reach out to me to set up an interview. Had a pretty average phone screening where we discussed my previous experience, more about the job, etc. Was told they would have an answer by Friday (the interview was early in the week) and I never heard back. Sent 2 follow up emails and still nothing.
Please don't ghost candidates when they're in the interview process. A simple "we moved forward with other candidates" would've sufficed. It's very unprofessional.
There were two phone interviews and four in person interviews. Very easy to understand what was happening in the process. The people interviewing me were nice, helpful, and asked questions related to the role.

Interview
Phone interview that went over experiences you had relating to the job. Were more focused on sales and previous jobs that related to sales. They look for communication skills as well as some understanding of softwares like QlikView, MS Visio, the entire MS Office Suite.
