The process was thorough and thoughtfully designed:
Stage 1: Started with an application form that had some really interesting prompt questions, plus you record a voice note. This part is done double-blind.
Stage 2: Technical test covering accounting and logic.
Stage 3: Interview with the Head of Operations and another team member. Interestingly, they only look at your CV for the first time at this stage.
Stage 4: Management consulting-style case study with the CEO, Rachel.
Stage 5: Take-home technical analysis (quite data science-focused), then a final interview with the COO, Hik.
Stage 6: They do two-way in-depth referencing before making an offer.
