The interview process started with an over the phone phone screen with the future step recruiter it lasted about 30 minutes. Afterwards I was referred to the director at future step for a video interview. The video interview went well and I was moved forward to the client interview phase.

Very straight forward and easy interview process. 2 interviews, 1 with a recruiter for a screen and 1 with a project manager of TA. Though different clients may have different interview processes.
