Disjointed. Got recruited through LinkedIn and three rounds of interviews. Each time there would be lack of follow up after each interview. My last interview never even got a follow up call. The hiring manager said she was burnt out, which didn’t make KF appealing.
Several interviews with consulting services business development managers. Discussed professional experience, types of potential roles, typical compensation considerations, etc. Also discussed how the project management and consulting roles are identified and pursued.

I was ghosted after two interviews with the recruiting team which was surprising since this is a human capital consulting firm. Everyone I've met from Korn Ferry has been great, but was a bit disappointed that the process was not more formalized or communicated.
