I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Korn Ferry (Manchester, England) in Dec 2020
Interview
Applied online, contacted by the recruiter for a 45 minute phone screen. Presented profile to hiring manager; rushed through 3 x 1 hour interviews in the space of a few days over the Christmas period.
Since the 3 interviews I have been ghosted by the recruiter. From a fellow recruiter this type of behaviour is what gives the recruitment industry a bad name and is simply unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect.
Overall a demoralizing and shambolic recruitment experience from one of the major players in the industry.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly questions about stakeholder management and experience relating to the role.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Korn Ferry (London, England) in May 2022
Interview
Quick and painless - this is what the interview process was like. I had a great experience applying at this great company. One thing could have been better - there were a few weeks between the interviews, which made the process quite long, but the company and the job were worth waiting for at the end of the day.

Question 1
Most of the questions I was asked were around my previous experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding, eg campaigns, operations, EVP, strategy, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Korn Ferry (London, England) in Feb 2022
Interview
I first applied to Korn Ferry on 14/01/2022. When I got invited to interview with Korn Ferry, I was very excited about the potential prospects that the company could hold. I felt this was a possible career move for me and could see the value I could bring to Korn Ferry and the learning opportunities Korn Ferry could provide me with. I was initially invited for an interview for the RMM role with Lonza but was unsuccessful in getting the role due to ‘timing’. I was then asked to interview for another RMM position with HP, interviewed by Jakie Smit on 15/02 to which feedback was not given. I was then in conversations with Korn Ferry on 16/02 about another RMM role. However, the client could not be revealed due to the contract not being signed and, to date, not completed signature. After the initial conversations with two internal recruiters both advising I would be moved to the ‘offer stage’, I was very excited that this was more of a reality. However, with this being delayed’ and being strung along for over a month, I was then told it might be best to speak to the internal recruitment team about other RMM roles (I have not yet heard anything from the internal recruiter even 2 weeks after flagging my frustrations) as the client has still not signed the contract and changed the scope of the requirement's. I was left a little lost and confused on the next steps, and I did not appear to be getting anywhere with roles at Korn Ferry; I felt that I was running around in circles and going back to the drawing board. - 3 months of complete pain and time wasted.
I would have completely understood if I received negative feedback and was told I was not a right fit and what they were looking for, but to be told I was a great candidate and they really wanted to place me into a role.
I would not recommended applying to this organisation, as they do not put the candidate first. I feel disappointed as I have also turned down alternative offers as I was hoping to secure a role with Korn Ferry and felt this was. a potential organisation for me.
