Really unprofessional at the multiple last-minute interview cancellations when clearly they had another individual they had extended an offer to.
Interview process:
1. Screening interview with Recruiter
2. Writing sample assignment
3. Teams Interview with CMO
4. Teams Interview with a Peer
5. Scheduled then rescheduled interview with the CHRO (Hiring Manger ) twice
6. Interview cancelled 10 minutes before scheduled start-time and rescheduled again ( reasoning offered-important company meeting)
7. Received call 2 hours before interview from Recruiter that position had been filled with another candidate and he told me to have a "great afternoon!"
