Interview
There were (4) curated questions and a logic puzzle. They were all culture fit, storytelling, etc. It was clear the hiring company designed questions to fit the job. It was nothing remotely generic.
Made me do a onsite test after the first round, nice talk on the presented solution.
The first interview was more a formal and chemistry test. The second a more hands on technical test.
