I met with an interviewer, and she was not hearing my answers at all. She ignored my questions and emails afterwards. Not a good experience in my personal opinion. Also, when she came to the job fair at UW-Milwaukee she decided to ignore me and made me feel bad. Is this because I am from a minority? That is the first thought I had.
