Kolter Homes interview questions

Unbelievable leadership during interview - a great conversation between two senior leaders- it was a great meeting . asked about my work history, obstacles, transferable, skills set. I hope I will get an opportunity with Kolter in future

The interview process began with an initial interview with my direct manager, followed by two separate interviews with senior management. Additionally, I was required to complete two assessments as part of the evaluation process. Overall it was about 3 months total, not ideal.
