Scenario-based interview. Interviewer asks you to describe your background with teaching and then inquires your ability to handle certain scenarios. It ranges from "how would you go about this?" to "what would you do if you were running late?"

If there's a non-engaged student in class one day, how would you handle it?
Simple, it was an online interview where you record your answers. It gives 30 seconds of think time for you to craft your answer. It was about 8 questions, the interview is about 15 minutes.

Interview
Seamless and quick interview process and onboarding. Only two interviews, offer was given during the second interview. Questions were simple and easy to answer. Super friendly staff. Clear and straightforward process.
