Interview
The interviewer was very easy going. There were no weird or unexpected questions. The questions were very straightforward the interviewer was supportive in validating my answers and actually having a conversation instead of an interrogation.
The interview process was fairly easy. Kokua scheduled a prerecorded video interview. Once I got the job, they called me and asked when I would like to start, and we went from there.

Do you have any prior experience working with children?
After applying I heard back in about a week. Then I was set up with a quick 30 minute conversation with a hiring team member. I heard back the next day. If you are cleared you will need to complete background check, finger prints, etc.

Interview
I was unable to meet for a scheduled interview, so I took a series of video interview questions and recorded my responses. They were timed uploads, so you do not have time to look up a response.
