Twenty minute video interview, asked the general “tell me more about yourself”, and asked questions about potential scenarios in a classroom. Overall very easy, didn’t do any preparation for it.

What would you do if a student was distracting others?
Simple, it was an online interview where you record your answers. It gives 30 seconds of think time for you to craft your answer. It was about 8 questions, the interview is about 15 minutes.

Interview
Seamless and quick interview process and onboarding. Only two interviews, offer was given during the second interview. Questions were simple and easy to answer. Super friendly staff. Clear and straightforward process.

Super easy, it took about a week from the day that I applied before I finished my final interview and they called and offered me the job. I was more stressed about this than I needed to be!
